Do NOT use Paypal/American Express.. Since Ebay stopped working with AMEX I used my AMEX thru Paypal..Both times Google Pay was added without my permission and charged $1.00.. AMEX called it a Fraud and changed my card number..I ordered a small item on the web again thru Paypal/AMEX and seller was a completely scam.. Item on my AMEX statement had a totally different name and when I looked it up on Google, several warnings to Paypal about very fraudulent seller and Paypal ignored it..
Three strikes and you are out!! I wouldn't go near Paypal again for anything.. And Ebay needs go stop using them to
