Search results quantity

Someone had asked, "Search results have been defaulted to show only 60 items per page  (I now have to scroll to the bottom of the page to change the default on every search)."   Someone replied, "To restore your settings, start by searching for something that provides lots of results, then use the "Customize Menu" located at the top right of the search results where you can select between List or Gallery view. "   I'm having this same issue, but there is NO "Customize Menu" above where they say to go.  I HATE this 60 per page and want 240.  Where is that Customize Menu button?  It's not on my page, I searched for that everywhere.  Help!!

Click the dropdown arrow circled in the screenshot below and select Customize to change your settings:

Thank you so much, I'll try this.  I just chatted with a rep and she said it wasn't possible to change!  Ebay is so dumb sometimes!

Click on the List or Gallery option in the upper right when looking at your search results to see the Customize menu.
