I am going to the correct Time Away but it will not accept it. I put in my correct dates and when I go back in it tells me that Time Away is not scheduled. I contacted ebay and talked to a representative a week ago. She told me it was a clich and it would be fixed withing 24- 48 hours. Still not working. I need help please
