I recently purchased a fuel tank from china. The seller was prompt to ship it out. I notice as soon as the item was shipped from the carrier there was another tracking number provided. When I received the first item it was just the shut off valve for the tank, I started a claim and ebay left it to me an the buyer to discuss, it was more arguing than anything and when the seller agreed to the refund they started a return request for the other item that has not arrived. The tracking info states the there is only a label created, the arrival date keeps getting pushed ahead as well. I have tryed numerous times to have eBay call me again but the keep recommending me to resolve it online… what do I do. I’m out 120
