Scammers

New here and pretty positive have come across scammers . Asked me for my full name , email address and mailing address so they can send electronic check via email . 
also looks like fake positive reviews for themselves on profile ? Anyone else see this happening ?

You are correct that anyone that asks you for personal information to "arrange payment" is a SCAMMER.

If someone has purchased an item, they pay through the Ebay checkout page.

If you do not receive payment after 4 full days have passed, cancel the transaction due to "buyer didn't pay".
