Tried to buy something from this class act a few days back. Upon payment this:
"Hi I am cancelling the order. I don't have $146 to refund you. Please go through ebay to get your refund. Sorry for the annoyance.
- as_tj98"
I sent a complaint to ebay immediatley after which elicited an automated response and no indication if I'll ever hear from an actual human being about a refund. What is the most efficient to rectify this? Thanks
