@bluebuyz is a fanatec reseller who sells broken items as tested. He sold me a fanatec PBM for around $170 and it came broken. I tried to get a hold of him to send it back and he only responded after I left a negative review. While he did tell me to return the item and remove the review, once I did I couldn’t send it to him. A close person in my life passed away and I had to leave the country and didn’t have this on my mind. Months later I try using the PBM again and remembered it was broken, not recognized by my CSL DD which recognizes all other wheels. I tried troubleshooting and came to the conclusion that I have to send it to fanatec since Bluebuyz no longer responds. While trying to do that I realize that the PBM doesn’t have serial number on the product, but it does on whoever purchased the item’s account. I have no serial # so can’t fix through fanatec and seller doesn’t care. Don’t buy from Bluebuyz
