Scam problem

Hello, I would like to know what I can do. I bought an iPhone 16 Pro Max and an iPhone 15 Pro Max, both from the same seller, and they scammed me by sending me two empty boxes from other phones. How can I get my money back? They also blocked my messages.

You should open a Return Request. The reason could be "Item is defective", "Arrived damaged", "Missing Parts" OR "Doesn't Match photos and description" if the item you got was not what was shown and described.

 TIP: Check the weight of the packages. USPS has the weight of the package from pickup and along the way
An empty box would weigh less than a box with a phone.

Do not close your return request until you either have your refund in hand or you have the replacement item. Do not close it because the seller promises you something.
