What to do if phtos conflict with listing details?

Usually, when a photo shows information on an item that does not match the description given in the details below, a message to the seller yields an answer that clarifies the correct information.  I have now contacted three sellers who appear to carry the identical item as photos and descriptions are the same from all sellers. This is the case with many items made in china.  Not one of the sellers have replied to my message in as long as four days! 

I need the item and wish to purchase it, but cannot find information in Ebay help as to what to do if information is conflicting.  I want the item as described (as to measurements) .  If it arrives and does not match the description, but does match the photo, do I have recourse?

If your item doesn't match the photos and description, you can open a return request.

So since the photos and description do not match, you'll be able to open a return.
