Scam order

My order never arrived so I inquired with USPS, who sent Ms an email saying the package was stolen off the truck. When I logged back into eBay to begin the return process, my order no longer exists, nor does the seller, and I cannot request a refund. Does anyone know how to contact someone up to help me? The help chat won’t refund an order they cannot find.

Did you place the order as a guest instead of your Ebay account?

If so, sign out of your Ebay account and follow these directions:

1. Find your order confirmation email. The subject line starts with "Order Confirmed".
2. Select View order details in the body of the email.
3. Select Contact seller.
4. Select I haven't received my item yet.
5. Fill in the details and then hit Submit.
