Scam message

I received a strange message in my "unread messages from ebay members".  It won't open but on the right hand sign it wants me to click on a link.  Scam?

Unsolicited messages with links are usually scams. The link likely goes to someplace off eBay where you will be prompted for your financial details or your account credentials.

The latest version I have seen involves telling sellers that they have a sale, but that the sale is suspended until they provide some private info via such a link.
