Hey Kyle,
I know you passed on my complaint that I made several months ago that the new Feedback flow was missing the Seller -pre-typed Feedback and the implied message was they forgot to include it ... thus far it has not been put back in???
This far down the road from having the understanding that it was just overlooked and will be added back in I am becoming more inclined to think eBay has no intention of adding Sellers' pre-typed FB back into the Leave FB flow.
As I mentioned before, I now have to save my pre-typed FB in a Word doc, open that and then copy and paste when I leave FB, but to be honest making more work out of it makes me less excited about wasting time leaving FB.
I have NO plans to use eBay's automated FB because it sounds canned but if that is the intended purpose of eBay eliminating our pre-typed FB than I am certainly not happy about that.
It should never take this long to fix something that wasn't broken.
