Same tracking on 2 separate purchases

  I made 2 separate purchaces from a seller on here from India.  He put the same tracking number on both AND MADE ME SIGN FOR THE PURCHACE !!  I am now out 30.45  .  I have contacted the seller but he won't respond I am sure because I signed for it!!  BEWARE

If they only sent ONE item then file an item not as described on both the purchases.
