SELLER SENT ITEM TO WRONG ADDRESS I FILED WITH EBAY AND RULED IN THE SELLERS FAVOR EVEN THOUGH

Why is this unfair? When you pay for your purchase, the address you confirmed at payment for that shipment is provided to the seller. That is the address the seller is required to ship to. You need to review that address when you check out to be sure it's the address you want to use for that shipment.

The package may be returned to the seller. If it is, he may be willing to reship to you at your expense. Otherwise, arrange to retrieve the package from the address it was sent to .

If you are saying you provided the correct address and the package was delivered to a different address, you can appeal eBay's decision. You will need to get the delivery service (USPS, FedEx, UPS) to confirm that the package was not delivered to your address. Provide that proof to eBay and you should receive a refund. Details here:

If you want to appeal the decision on a case, you need to provide new, additional information to back up your appeal. This can include the following:

• Photos showing that the item doesn’t match the listing description

I may have mis-interpreted your post. As advised by @mega-ma-roo, if you provided the correct address at checkout and the package was mis-delivered to someone else, eBay WILL help with that on appeal. You'll need to get a written statement from the carrier confirming the package was delivered to a different address to submit with your appeal.

i will do that------anything i order on ebay goes to one address in pittsburgh, pa .    this was sent to an address in brooklyn, new york , not to me. this the sellers fault
