Seller cancels my order after finding out that she did not charge enough for the starting bid nor shipping costs. Seller uses the ( Problem with shipping address) as well as blames Ebays system is glitching, and WILL NOT ALLOW HER TO PRINT A SHIPPING LABEL.
Seller is brand new, with 10 transactions behind her user i.d.
Ebay allows this action, and I can not leave feedback? I'm very confused. There of course is absolutely 💯 nothing wrong with my shipping address. My address has not once changed in the last 25 years here on Ebay.
The message that I receive in my mind, from Ebay, is as follows......
REGARDLESS OF JUST HOW WRONG THIS TRANSACTION IS ON THE PART OF EBAY AS WELL AS THIS BRAND NEW SELLER, THE SELLER CAN DO WHATEVER HE-SHE DESIRES.
I assure you, EVERY SINGLE SELLER OUT HERE has learned this lesson the hard way, the old fashioned way, and or course, not just once, SEVERAL TIMES.
My question now, is that I can not seem to leave feedback for this seller, why is this??!!??
The seller has blocked me, why, if he-she has been 100 % honest and courteous-apologetic to me, the buyer?? The seller most certainly WAS NOT EITHER.
I have now contacted Ebay several times as to why I can not leave feedback with NO RESPONSE AS OF YET.
Does anyone have any suggestions, or thoughts regarding this issue?
I would appreciate any help or guidance you may have.
Thank you, Jackie

Report the seller for the cancellation - https://www.ebay.com/help/action?topicid=4022 - select violated policy then won't complete transaction, then in the box write 'seller cancelled as address problem to avoid a defect for a seller cancelled transaction'.
The go to the bottom of your feedback page and click leave feedback. Most cancelled items will show up there and you can leave appropriate feedback.
