SELECTING MEDIA MAIL IS GRAYED OUT WHEN TRYING TO MAIL A BOOK THAT A BUYER PAID FOR

I have been selling on ebay for many many years, but when I click on PRINT A SHIPPING LABEL then it takes me to a page to select which shipping. I want MEDIA MAIL to ship my book that I sold but MEDIA MAIL is grayed out. I have to CONTINUOUSLY CONTACT EBAY ABOUT THIS AND THEY ALWAYS SAY THAT THEY ARE WORKING ON IT, but its been like 2 weeks now!! ANYBODY ELSE HAVE THIS PROBLEM? OR ANYBODY HAVE ANY IDEAS instead of choosing a different way to send? THANKS! ERINKR83

You sold a magazine and they do not qualify for media mail.  They never have due to advertising inside.  Magazines must be shipped first class or priority.

Is it a magazine? Magazines are not media mail. I may be wrong but all I see in your sold recently is magazines.
