I have been SCAMMED! Ordered item, $500 total on 20Feb22. Tracking stopped on 5Mar22. Sent 6 messages to seller beginning 7Mar22 requesting current tracking. No response to any message for the full month. All seller listings have disappeared from eBay, including the seller's store. Obviously, this is a seller who has run for the hills and is in hiding.
How do I get a message to eBay security to report this seller? Or, what else can I do?
Note: Seller set latest possible delivery date as 4May22. BUT, since seller (a) has not provided updated tracking since 5Mar22, (b) and won't respond, and (c) has disappeared from eBay, we all know no product will ever be delivered. I recognize I probably can't seek a refund from eBay until after the final delivery date . . . BUT, I should be able to report this scammer and get help from eBay in contacting the seller before that time, since there have been no responses to my many messages.
Suggestions of what to do and how to do it?
I've followed several different online lists about how to contact eBay, but none work (or I just can't figure it out).
I will appreciate any direction from anyone. I'm a real "newbie" about this kind of eBay problem.

Customer Service on ebay.com, the USA site, is only for members located in the USA and Canada, between the hours of 5am-10pm Pacific Time. Click on HELP & CONTACT at the top right corner of most screens. Work through the questions. At the end you can either send a message or use the Call Me option. If using a mobile device, disable the spam filter so the call can go through.
