SCAM!!! SCAM !!! SCAM !!!

Attention Ebay: Very important
An Ebay account in India is scam.
1- They list the books that are not in their inventory.
2-They usually choose popular fast-selling expensive books and list them as brandnew
3- The listed books are about one third of the price in Amazon and other markets.
4-This network has partners in different states of the USA.
5-They send a card or a worthless letter to a zip code near the customer's address.
6-They mislead the Ebay system as a delivery
7- A book is never delivered to the customer.
8- They reply to the customer's message and ask for 4 days to solve the problem. And they save time.
9-When the date given by Ebay for the case comes, they act before the customer and close the case opened on Ebay without wasting any time. (delivered with a lie)
10-When you write the fraud case by writing a feedback, the feedback does not appear on Ebay. (Due to the case, ebey does not show feedback or the seller removes it himself.)
11-You should immediately close your Ebay account of this India-based fraudulent network. Otherwise, Ebay will have allowed this fraud.

12-But there is something they forgot. You can understand the scams when you examine the zip code and package weight details delivered in the fedex tracking information on the fedex page.

I bought 10 books and their total weight is 35 lbs. but what they give fedex weighs 1 pound.
The scammers managed to close my case on Ebay. However, I filed an appeal on Ebay. I hope Ebay will refund my $643 as soon as possible. If that doesn't happen I will sue the ebay and seller.

Re: SCAM!!! SCAM !!! SCAM !!!

You can report the seller here:

https://www.ebay.com/help/action?topicid=4022

You have 1,000 characters to use in your comments, so you'll have to cut this down a bit. For sure leave out the part about suing and instead follow the process using the Money Back Guarantee. Focus on describing the scam.

If you did not receive anything (including the worthless card), when it's past the estimated delivery date shown in your Purchase History, you have 30 days to use the option next to the transaction to open a case for an item not received. The seller will have 3 business days to prove delivery or refund. If he doesn't, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.

Because tracking shows delivery, you'll have to appeal the case to let eBay know that the worthless card was not delivered to your address. Obtain a letter from USPS confirming this so you can provide it to eBay.
