I think eBay should ask to buyer to provide a picture of the item received and clarify why doesn't match - give a reason - Because many buyers claim that reason just to avoid paying for the return or get the full refund without returning the item -
This reason without a proof or picture from the buyer is unfair for the seller, specially who is just starting.
There are many buyers taking advantage of this option for returns without ANY responsibility and damaging the seller's performance.
