Reversed fund
I am currently in Tbilisi, Georgia. On February 8, I purchased a $190 item on eBay and $10 was refunded from the seller because I often buy from him. I spent that $10, but my Georgian bank account went to -$10, and they said that eBay reversed that money. However, there is no transaction where I can see it, neither on PayPal nor on my Georgian bank account. I sold one item on eBay in September 2024 and currently have one item listed, but it has not sold yet. Where is my money? Is there any fee because I listed that one item? (Clothing)

@leprekon6 If I understand correctly you have TWO problems. A problem with a purchase AND a problem with getting paid for an item you sold in Sept 2024.
First for the problem with the Purchase. You should contact eBay customer service on social media and see if they can tell what went wrong with the $10 partial refund.
Contact customer service by sending a PRIVATE message on social media. Customer service verifies your identity before responding.

For the problem with getting paid for the item sold in Sept 2024...
Since you are located in the country of Georgia you need to link and verify a Payoneer account to receive payouts, not PayPal or a checking account.
My advice is to end the current listing until you get this sorted out. I don't want you to sell the shirt and not be able to get paid by eBay for another item.
If you’re an eBay seller living or established outside of the United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, or the European Economic Area (except Iceland), then you will need to use a Payoneer account.
You should be prompted to enter your Payoneer information AFTER you try to submit your first listing. The listing will stay in draft format until you complete this step. If you are using a cellphone turn it to landscape to see the link to register.
Here's information on setting up a Payoneer account:
https://www.payoneer.com/solutions/marketplaces-networks/ebay-payout/
#1 Make sure that your name and address match your Payoneer account exactly. I had to add my middle name to my eBay account. You can not use a PO box for registration but you can use it for the ship from and
to addresses. Verify that here in account settings: https://accountsettings.ebay.com/profile
#2 Enter your backup payment method for selling costs here:
https://ppcapp.ebay.com/myppc/wallet/list Select Manage under the method you want to use then select Preferred for selling costs. I use a credit card so refunds and other selling costs do not come out of my account.
You can also talk to eBay customer service for help with setting up the Payoneer account.
