Reverse refunding

314866128350  I sold as new. Upon packing I realized it wasn't new. I messaged buyer about this with no response initially. I refunded the money and then got a response she wanted it anyway. Didn't know how to reverse this so I took a chance and shipped it. The buyer told me she would pay just let her know how. I told her after delivery make sure all is well and I will figure out how to reverse refund or? Thasnks Jim

You can not reverse a refund.  You need to list it again and ask the buyer to purchase it again.  I would list it at a high price with best offer, then you only accept the offer from that buyer.  Explain to your buyer why you are doing this.
