I made a purchase of an item over 30 days ago but I received the wrong item. I wasn’t able to check this until yesterday and now I need to exchange it for the proper item but I don’t know the email address I used and the representative won’t help me. What can I do??

If it has been more than 30 days since date of delivery, Ebay can no longer help you.
