I recently sold an item which the buyer has used and now wants to return. By the buyer using the item, it makes it unable to be resold by me. My auction states no returns. I would gladly return the item if it was defective, but the reason for the return is just because they don’t like the item after using it. If I declined the return, can they leave me negative feedback. Thank you
