How do I handle a situation where the buyer receives the item and then submits for a return when I don’t accept returns but the buyer was allowed to because buyer states the item is defective. The 2 photos the buyer posted of the so called defects, do not show any defects. The item is a $200+ sports card and was in a one touch case that is very durable and protects the card and there was a seal (sticker) that keeps the case closed and you can also tell if anyone has broken the seal and opened the case. I purchased the card in a break and just so happen to take screenshots of the card during the live feed when I purchased it and in the pictures you can see the card has the seal and it’s not been broke and then the photos in the listings show the seal and it’s not broke. All 7 of the pictures I have of the card show absolutely zero defects but the photos that the buyer posted show the seal has been broken and the case is open for the card to be exposed and the photos he is claiming have defects in them are not visual at all. What do I do if the buyer has buyer remorse and is claiming defects to get his money back or even worse personally damages the card to get his money back and then I’m out the money when I have proof of zero defects or damage prior to his possession of the card. Please help me!!!

Can I get compensation for the damage that was done to the card since I have proof there was no damage when shipped to buyer and verified by the seal on the case that the buyer removed to open the case for some reason?
