I just received a broken item and cannot figure out how to contact seller. My account doesn’t show the item although I have an email from eBay with invoice purchase info and and email from eBay stating it was delivered. When I type the item ID or order number I have a message pop up stating no record I purchased this and get no where.

Is it possible you bought it as a Guest - meaning you made the purchase without signing into this eBay account?  Guest orders don't carry over to accounts, they are handled separately.

The eBay confirmation email would show "Guest" purchase and have links to the Guest Order and other information.
