It's sad that selling my vintage items on such a huge platform I cannot speak with a customer service agent to report and describe multiple buyers have intentionally broken my items and forcing a guaranteed return. I am horrified and not sure I can continue to sell my things here! You have my phone # eBay. Please call.

Use the link below, and you can request a call back from Ebay by clicking “Chat with our automated assistant” on the left side of the page. Then type "AGENT" at the bottom in the chat box. You will see an option to request a call back or chat with a CS rep.

How do you know that your buyers intentionally broke the items? Do you have proof? If so, you will have to provide that proof to Ebay Customer Service when you contact them. Otherwise, you will be required to accept the return request and refund when you receive the returned item(s).
