I requested a return and received an email saying the return was approved and it's time to ship my item back. None of the buttons related to marking the item as shipped back on both the PC website nor IOS app work. I am referring to the print return label and the mark as shipped buttons. I since the return label button wasn't working I paid to ship the item back and sent the tracking information in a chat message to the seller. Now I'm getting a warning from eBay saying I'm late returning my item and they will soon cancel my return. Still the button to mark the item as shipped back still does not work. Is there some way to make a human look at the glitch and fix it? Are chargebacks the solution?
