Returning an item "not as described" but cannot send photo as eBay requires

A 45 record described as NOS--new old stock--that was actually worn and scratched. Seller apologized and said to start the return at eBay site but they require you to take a picture with a cell phone and send it to them--otherwise you can't complete the form. My cell does not have internet so can't do. Seller says to just send it to him and he'll refund but I know this will come up again. Any ideas?

You want to complete the Return Request for an Item Not as Described, damaged, so seller pays return shipping and ebay sends you a return label and can latter help if needed.  Do not just mail your self or you will not get you postage back and ebay can't help you if you don't get your refund.

How did you order the item without internet?  Take the picture on your phone and transfer it to that device or just copy and paste the photo from the listing.
