I returned my item and I had to ask Ebay to step in to help me. The item had a tracking number, and the seller had received the item. I have not yet received my refund; it has been 7 days since they received the item. I tried to contact Ebay but since there is a case it just tells me the same thing; the seller received the item. I won the decision from Ebay to return an item because it was not as represented on the listing correctly.

Once tracking shows Delivered back to the seller, the seller has 2 days to refund you. If no refund, go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund. Refunds go back to the original funding source.

If you've returned an item but haven't received a refund yet, you can ask Ebay to step in and help once tracking shows the item was delivered to the seller more than 2 business days ago.
The refund will go back to your original payment method. Refunds are typically available within 3-5 business days.
