Hi, If anyone can help the old eBay phone cs isn't working. I returned an item after escalating a case. Ebay sent me a label. It shows returned (through eBay label) but I can't upload tracking as I get error message. Anyway it has a Green CHECK mark next to deliver but 3-4 days and no refund. How can I get ahold of live eBay rep?? THANK YOU KINDLY

There is a known bug with eBay not recognizing their own return labels & buyers can't upload the tracking, they do know about it.
eBay no longer has a public phone # to call, to reach an agent -
Scroll down to the bottom of this >> Help page on Returns for buyers
Click on "Contact us"
In the Help Chat box that opens type AGENT in the reply box then hit "Send" to bypass the bots
You should get the options to Chat with agent, or have them call you.
