Returned an item not as described but it was. Does ebay refund the shipping cost?

The item I sold was a digimon card that was listed with the title 1x the cards name and a quantity of 2. The customer said that the item was only 1 and thought it was 2 without contacting me about the product before purchasing. The return had it as not as described so I did the return as well as report it. I feel like this is a clear mistake on the customers end but I had to pay double the shipping price. Would ebay refund the shipping cost?

And, buyers are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee which takes 30 days, not 3.
