I was making a return and didn't add all the pictures I wanted I could not go back so I canceled the return to start another one with all the pictures I wanted to include but it will not let me do that either..... so now it is stuck saying there is a return and not giving me an option to go with. Could you help please?

Once you close a return, you cannot reopen it.

If you funded your payment through PayPal, you can open a return there.
