I purchased an item as a guest. When I select return item from the email options it just says oops! Something went wrong. I’ve tried several times. I also tried the contact seller link but it asks me to sign in and I didn’t purchase it through my account so it says no items found!! Please help!

Guest purchases are separate from items you purchase while logged into your account.

Check your email for a message from ebay that includes the PASSCODE that was given to you. Log in with that email address and PASSCODE and you should be able to file a case for Item Not Received, or a Returns Request, as the case may be.
