Hiiii, I bought an item and it’s damaged, but on the item description it’s says there that the seller doesn’t accept returns. So what do I do in this case?

The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules the sellers return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request.

Here's what you need to do:

Open a return with the reason doesn't match description or photos.
