Customer purchased a factory sealed item. Said that when they opened it there was pieces missing and the only reason they bought their game was because they had lost their pieces.. I said was the Box indeed factory sealed when you received it and he said yes.. So what do I doCustomer purchased a factory sealed item. Has the buyer filed an INAD yet?
If they have, accept the return, provide return shipping and refund once something is returned.

I find it suspect that the same pieces he was needing are missing from my FACTORY SEALED ITEM.

Since it was sealed, you can't prove the pieces were in there.
