Sold an open box never tested Samsung wireless mesh system. Buyer says it’s defective and won’t connect. Buyer wants to return. Only options to respond are accept return and buy a prepaid label or refund or partial refund buyer and let them keep the product. But I don’t accept returns… How do I deny a return?

A defective item return overrides your no-returns, so if you want the item back before refunding accept the return. If it gets back and is not defective as buyer claims you can report the buyer and appeal the refund.
