How is it that a buyer can request a return even though my description was very accurate and also suggested that a perspective buyer contact me with questions. This buyer wants to return an item to me because it didn't meet his expectations. He expected it to have movement. This buyer said "kinetic" means "movement" and there was no movement. It was the manufacturer that called it "kinetic". This is the second time I have had to deal with a situation like this where a buyer has a preconceived idea and no where in my descriptions do I say what they expect. How is it fair to expect a seller to eat the costs of shipping as well as the purchase price just because a buyer doesn't have good comprehension skills. I am very accurate in my descriptions and would rather not have a buyer at all than this type of buyer. How can I avoid this in the future? I have already responded to this buyer and offered for them to keep the item and I would refund the purchase price only.
