Return refused on an item that doesn't fit.

I purchased an item for my 1995 Ford Crown Victoria. The description on the sellers page indicates "1995-2002 Crown Victoria Mercury Grand Marquis Right Rear Door Panel GRY1". This description is misleading because the part does not fit my 1995 Ford Crown Victoria. I have contacted the seller and they refuse to accept this return. Ebay needs to get involved with this dispute because the sellers representations are misleading and dishonest.

click on 'return item' and choose the reason 'not as described'.

the seller will HAVE to send you a pre paid shipping label to return the item.

Hi "stuff4divas" - Love the picture of your kitty. I am a cat person also. I have already done what you suggested and the seller closed the return request.  I am trying to get ebay involved with this, but so far no luck.

Return refused on an item that doesn't fit.

A seller's No Returns policy is for buyer's remorse only: didn't like it, changed mind, didn't fit, found it cheaper elsewhere.  If the buyer states any of those reasons, the seller can decline the return.  If the seller decides to accept the return, then the buyer pays return shipping.

If the buyer states the item is Not as described, then the seller will accept the return and pay for return shipping.  If the seller refuses, the buyer can Ask ebay to step in.  ebay will usually refund the buyer and not require return of the item to the seller.  Seller's account is then recorded a defect for an unresolved resolution.  Too many defects and the seller can be restricted or suspended.
