I accidentally shipped the wrong item. Buyer requested a refund or exchange. I sent return shipping label, he shipped item back and I shipped correct item. He is still waiting for the item, but my due date to refund is today. Refund isn’t needed so long as he receives corrected item. How do I update this return so it doesn’t automatically send him refund?
