A buyer wants to return a defective item from Italy.
(This is my first internatinal return.)
No problem on my part, but is an international return the same as one locally?
That is, is shipping the same cost as when it was sold?
And does the Buyer go through the same steps on eBay when doing an international return?
Thanks, Skyflyboy / Skyfly Tunes

@skyflyboy You are signed up with eBay International shipping. They will handle the return and refund, you do not have to do anything.
The new program offers amazing benefits even better than the other programs we had. One of the ones I like best is that in items not as described cases eBay will handle the refunds and you keep the sale .
