Return my items

I did request for cancellation from seller and they told me they ok to cancel my items but im not able to cancel my order from my side. Please help me to cancel my item’s please.

The seller cannot give you permission for you to cancel your order because buyers cannot cancel, only the seller can cancel the transaction.
