Return label is wrong

Cannot send back post office will not except for first class mail up to 13 Oz the item that I'm sending back is 2 lbs 11 oz contacted the seller the seller said to contact eBay I cannot get ahold of anybody for this problem

If the label says return service, it is good up to 70 lbs - eBay is charged for the actual usage.  Some of the PO clerks do not know this, so just take it back. Ask nicely for a supervisor or your post master if they still won't accept it.
