Hi,
I have a buyer who contacted me regarding an item she bought. She contacted me after 61 days from the day her package was delivered to her mail address saying that the item was small and it broke. I couldn’t find anything about returns after 60 days on eBay return policy. I’m my obligate to refund her? Will eBay make me refund the client, even if I don’t feel I should? I just find it odd she contacted me after 2 months to request a refund? Will I get a bad negative feedback if she doesn’t get her refund?
