Return item requested

I sold a circuit breaker as a non-returnable item. The reason is a customer could swap it out with a used one that doesn’t work very easily. I had made a typo in the listing description as model number QOB3100vh. However the photo posted very clearly up close shows the model number of the item is QOB3100. The buyer wants to return the item to me. My question is do I have to return this item to him since they ignored the accurate photo of the item.

Re: Return item requested

Of course you do.  And you have to pay for the return shipping if you want the item back.  The item is not as described.  If you don't eBay can force the refund without the return and come after you for any money they have to refund.

LOL.......  YOU made the mistake.

Ebay has a clear policy about sellers being 100% responsible for the information provided on the listing.

You provided unclear information.

You agreed to abide by ebay policy.

You need to accept the return for a full refund. You can't ignore ebay's policy.

Re: Return item requested

It was your mistake, so yes, you have to accept the return and pay return shipping.

Have A Great Day.
