If you already refunded, the buyer may not have a return label and he may not know that you want the item returned - your refund closed the return. When you want an item back, do not refund until you receive it.
Message the buyer and explain that you do want the item returned. Ask if he had a chance to print the return label. If not, you’ll need to create one outside of eBay.
Open an account at pirateship.com. Create the label, print it to a jpeg file. Send the jpeg to the buyer in an eBay message.
