Return and refunds

Hi

I accepted a return and refund for my item but the buyer hasn't sent my item back how do I pursue this now?

Never refund until you receive the item back.  If you already refunded, the buyer probably can’t get a return label - message the buyer and let them know you still want the item returned and will create a label and send it to them.  Don’t buy the label until they agree to return.  Then open an account at pirateship.com, create the label and print it to a jpeg file, Send the file to the buyer in a message.

If you have not sent the refund, wait for the return.  If they never return it, eBay will release the payment.

Thank you for your response. This is it I agreed refund but eBay released refunded money back without me confirming i have recieved item, I paid for ebay postage which was sent to the seller. I have messaged him and he replied bluntly for me not to message him again and I wanted his time.

If tracking shows delivered, eBay will process the refund 2 business days later.

If no delivery on the tracking, then you must have selected refund buyer now. Otherwise, eBay would not have sent the refund.

You can review it with customer service if you do not believe either to be true.
