I have a buyer that has bought something from me and they are asking for a full refund due to the item arriving damaged. After reviewing the pictures I have noticed I listed that information in my listing and there is not significant damage like the buyer has said. The buyer is becoming very rude and is having a threatening manner. The buyer is also saying false statements like, I did not give accurate information and I would not take additional pictures for them. I have refunded what they paid for the item which is $16.99, but not shipping. I have also told the buyer to keep the item. I have not heard a response from the buyer since issuing a refund. Please help me with this buyer and her bad behavior. Thank you kindly for all your help!

Did you wait for buyer to open a Return Request? If so and buyer accepted your partial refund through the Return Request without a return, you're done.
Most sellers would have either accepted the return with no refund before item was returned, or maybe offered a small partial refund, if buyer wanted to keep the item.
