Return Issue

How do I issue a partial refund.  I have a no return policy.  I sold a Star Wars Death Star for 400.00.  I listed at 699.00 and stated in description I was t certain if all pieces were there.  Buyer made an offer with the comment since you don’t know if all pieces are included will you accept.   I had posted a pic of box one assembled with the pieces I had.  There were three more sealed boxes and didn’t know what was in them.  eBay made me accept the return on it missing pieces. That was ridiculous.  Anyway, I received the set back.  It has dog hair all in it and the book, which is very large is torn.  What do I do now?

Thank you. This is so wrong. What is the purpose of giving a full description.  I now know why I prefer to sell on another platform.

It might be wrong, but you agreed to their terms when you listed the item.

Have a great day.

Sorry, but you'll have to give the buyer a full refund.

Have a great day.
