Retrieving a Deleted Message

Need help in retrieving a message not in my eBay messages.   

I purchased a Harmar Wireless Remote from CSE Mobility and Scrubs in Texas on April 14th.  They replied via eBay msg on the 15th at 9:23.

This msg shows I replied on April 23rd that it had to be returned, yet it is not in my message area.  It must have accidently been deleted.

It' s important to retrieve, because when my husband checked our Lift, the motherboard was too big and would not fit and it cost over $500.  

CSE Mobility and Scrubs did not reply to my msg on the 23rd through eBay msg.  Instead, he called and left me a message.   When I called back, I was told that he does not work on Saturdays.  I left a message that since the Kit does not fit my AL600 lift, I wanted a refund and to call me.

They are ignoring me hoping I go past my deadline for disputing.  Is there anyway to get the message back?

ebay keeps all messages for up to 6 months.  When you go to your ebay Messages, click on FROM MEMBERS and scroll back to April to look for your messages.
