I am new to ebay and accidentally made an offer (didn't know how it works). Is there a way i can retract the offer?

You do not have a valid reason to retract your offer.

You can try to contact the seller and explain your mistake and ask them to decline your offer.

The seller is not obligated to agree to your request.

If the seller accepts your offer, it becomes a purchase which must be paid for.
